DELIVERY TIMES & SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Standard Shipping 1 - 3 weeks, Halloween & Christmas faster. Express shipping is available for orders that have deadlines. If you have a deadline let us know. 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Overnight Express options are available on the order form as you check out.

  • We use all of the major shipping agents in order to get your order to you as fast as possible. If you want to have your order rushed or expressed we will chose the company that we feel will get your order to you the quickest. We have to make special trips for rush orders and are used to getting them out as fast as possible by the company and means of our choice depending upon weight, size, destination and time of week.
  • Express Orders Will Not Be Left By Delivery Drivers! Make sure you are there to sign for it or make arrangements ahead of time. Otherwise you will be chasing down your package and cursing out delivery drivers.
  • Express shipments are accepted up until 2PM EST most week days and normally go out the same day. Do not expect delivery on Sat., Sun. or holidays. Obviously Express shipping of any kind is week days only and don't include weekend days as it's the weekend and shipping companies don't run on weekends. If ordering express make sure and check your e-mail regularly in case we need to alert you of any problems or delays. We will contact you via e-mail only.
  • NOTE: Some orders/countries may require additional shipping costs.
  • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are only shipped Postal Priority Mail or Postal Express Mail. Additional costs and delays should be expected.
  • SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • PRE-PAID ORDERS not ordered by credit card will not be shipped until payment is received. Personal checks will delay shipping and are not processed until after ten business days. Don't expect express delivery unless you pay with a credit card.
  • Foreign mail-in orders must be paid by cashiers check in U.S. dollars.
  • NO COD's
  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes will delay your order up to two weeks, expect this delay.
  • All orders are shipped from three warehouses daily. Tracking numbers and tracking requests may take 2-4 days. During Halloween season tracking numbers may take up to 10 business days to obtain. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
  • We ship 5 days a week except holidays as noted on most calendars and according to UPS and Postal service shipping days. Generally, if the banks are closed so are we.

    REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
    Most unused items may be returned or exchanged under the following guidelines.

  • State law prohibits the return of teeth, masks, wigs, hats, makeup and hair spray. This is a state health and hygiene law that we have no control over. It's The Law!
  • Return shipment must be postmarked no later than 72 hours from the day of receipt.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition and in the original unopened packaging.
  • We will not accept the return of items which are not in the same condition which you received.
  • Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. All shipping charges both to and from the purchaser are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Returns on special orders and bulk orders will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.
  • All Halloween costume returns received for refund after Oct. 22nd will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee as these are seasonal items.
  • All Christmas item returns received for refund after Dec. 15th will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee as these are seasonal items.
  • Any disputes which result in costs and/or legal fees incurred by Cosmic Tiki will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
    Shipping is non-refundable except under carrier's policy.
